  Small store downstairs, but lots of seating upstairs. Busy at lunch time, but staff are quick and efficient.

  Poor customer approach. Just because I wanted original recipe drumsticks the lady was rude to me.I think they are overworked and underpaid.

  Very poor customer approach from certain employees, some always rush you to place your order and prefer to have a nice chat with colleagues, it's a repetitive scene at Quatre Bornes compared to other outlets !! Management should really work on this issue with the whole team, Thanks Food is yummy as always.

  KFC is so great! But these small things annoy me! Sometimes the spicy products are not that spicy Sometimes not at all If i see a good change Kfc may have 5 stars
