  I personally go there thrice or more during a week and the ambiance is very lit. Tuesday and Thursday are the zumba day and the session is done upstairs in a dance hall, while the fitness activities still get done downstairs. The atmosphere itself is one of a kind where the coach is very motivating and caring. Hygiene is key there so you really need to know the rules before joining in.. Surely give a call and come for a visit if you want to round up this year with a good figure ❤
