  DEAR LEAL, MY CAR WAS FLOODED AND TAKEN TO LEAL SINCE END JANUARY 2018!!! TODAY OVER 3 MONTHS ALREADY THE CAR STILL NOT DELVERED!!! 3 MONTHS TO CHECK ELECTRONICS AND ORDER PARTS ONLY!!! I RENTED A CAR FOR 2 MONTHS AND AFTER REQUESTING, THEY FINALLY GAVE ME A REPLACEMENT CAR WHICH I AM USING!!! YESTERDAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MY CAR BACK WHEN I RECEIVED A CALL TELLING ME THAT THEY FOUND A SMALL ISSUE AFTER TEST DRIVE AND THEY WILL NEED TO FIX THE SPARK PLUGS AND DELIVER TODAY... AND TODAY I GOT A CALL TELLING ME THAT THEY HAVE DIAGNOSED ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE GEARBOX AND THEY WILL NEED MORE TIME TO GET APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE, ORDERING THE PART, RECEIVING IT AND FIXING IT!!! WONDER WHAT ELSE WILL BE DIAGNOSED AFTER FIXING THE GEARBOX!!! ALMOST RS1,000,000 EXPENSE WITH THE CAR!!! SUCH A SHAME AND WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER!!! BEST REGARDS, A DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!

  Came from the south to buy spare parts, with arrogance the workers said that they dont have time to assist me and they will send me prices by mail in the afternoon or the next day in the morning, its been a week now, nobody cared to reply me!!! My accidented car is still in garage!!! Worst customer care service experienced!!!!
