  Damoo Beau-bassin has doubled the price of all his instruments since he opened a new shop at bagatelle just to be able to pay its location!!! If you don't believe me check the prices of all his amplifiers!! 2nd thing which i found very disappointing is that Damoo Port-Louis sell fake guitar strings like d'addario, elixir etc for the price of genuine ones!!! Those who don't know will buy those fake strings at an expensive price!! If you are already using elixir strings bought on ebay for example, you will find that the ones that damoo is selling is the opposite, it rusts in just 2 weeks and has a reddish color just like chinese strings..

  My favourite local music shop in Mauritius. Genuine instruments and parts. Mr Damoo and his team are always friendly & have great recommendations.
