  CF Grand Baie is exactly what a CrossFit gym should be. Seb programs workouts extremely well and takes into account the fitness levels of his clients. He's a very motivated trainer. I'm a CF Level 2 with years of experience, and I highly recommend Seb and his gym!

  Awesome box. Seb is a great coach. They have excellent equipment and facilities and everyone was really friendly.
