::When I read these reviews I become extremely sad- why could your team not also have given me five star photos and service? I seriously don't understand what went wrong. It is four and a half months after my wedding. I still don't have the full video. The quality of photos are terrible. There was no apology - only excuses of the lighting being bad. A professional would have known that and moved us to a spot with better lighting after the ceremony. Not have continued taking photos in bad lighting. Furthermore, the lighting on the beach after the rain was perfect for photos. Yet those are as pixelated as the others. You have literally ruined the memories of my wedding which I was suppose to treasure. Now all I ask is that you PLEASE send me my full video.
